In addition, they experience less stress, show much lower levels of anxiety, and enjoy increased levels of physical fitness, muscle tone, and flexibilty.

 

Students who study martial arts are given a defining edge that they will carry for the rest of their lives. Their social and leadership skills are greatly increased and they display a marked focus and improved concentration. These students expect to reach their goals and succeed at what they set out to do.
